The new TX-4 has a number of great features. First, it is fast (330 fps IBO). There are tradeoffs, of course, but speed generally is a good thing. Second, it has a good grip -- it’s stylish and comfortable, and since that is the only place you actually contact the bow, the grip is important. Third, it has a great limb tip reinforcement system for greater strength. Fourth, the TX-4 employs a clever new string and harness system that reduces weight for greater efficiency and speed. Finally, it is not especially expensive. The TX-4 is 34 inches long with a 6 1/4-inch brace height. Suggested retail price is $599.
