Tournament To Support St Jude Hospital
This weekend will mark the 3rd Annual St. Jude Bass Tournament in Brunswick, MD on the Potomac River. Check-in begins at 5am and will end promptly at 6:30am at the Brunswick Family Campground, applications will be accepted that morning at check-in, $100.00 entry fee, optional $10.00 lunker fee.
Local teams of bass anglers will once again flock to the Potomac River in Brunswick, MD on Sunday, February 20* to participate in the 3rd Annual St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Bass Tournament to benefit the children of St. Jude, hosted by 2 Rivers/Smoketown Bait & Tackle & WFRE 99.9 radio station to benefit the young patients of St. Jude. Engines will roar leaving behind the waves of not only the desire for the big catch, but the ripples of their philanthropic duty.
"This is our 3rd year hosting this event that has raised to date $4,000 for St. Jude. We are blessed to have such a caring community of sportsmen/women. **Originally this tournament was to take place on Saturday, February 19 but due to high winds causing unsafe water conditions on the river, it has been moved Sunday.
