Tips on How to Consistently Catch Fish During a Slow Bite!

It is mid-June here in Western North Carolina, and my schedule has allowed me to fish everyday for the past 2 weeks or so.. in the past two weeks the bass fishing has gone from excellent to mediocre and now to terribly slow! This week (June 13th) has been the terribly slow one.. up until the little discovery I made!I weirdly enough found that the bass are going back into coves and shallow water post spawn rather than go out onto points like they should be doing! I have been wasting my time fishing points the past two weeks fishing all the points with shakey heads, and texas rigged worms when I should be fishing in the coves with flukes, and shallow crankbaits! The point of this is to check into where your fish are biting instead of assume where they are at!Good Luck!Andy O.
