Task 13

Task 13
Favorite RecipeMy son and I usually catch and release, but for sometime now he has been wanting too keep some fish too eat.So one day we were fishing and I caught a 4 lb bass and we decided too put in the livewell and see how the day turns out. I wanted at least 4 fish too cook. It turned out we caught about 6 more bass and kept 3 more that were over a 1lb maybe even 2 lbs. We brought them home. My wife doesnt like fish cooked in the house, the smell LOL.I didnt want too fry the fish, so chose too cook them on the grill outside. My son had never cleaned a fish due too us catching and releasing. I never fillet, to me you lose more meat by doing that. But thats a preference for some.  First I showed him how too scale the fish. Then cut heads off and cut up the belly and clean the whole inside out. Rinse and ready too season. We used Butter / Salt and Pepper / Lemon Pepper and Garlic Pepper. I made Aluminum foil Pans and we cooked on the grill slowly. and kept flipping.  Lord were they good.  After I ate the 4 lb bass I was full. But were so good i had too eat another. I was amazed at the amount of meat on those Bass.Well hope you enjoy my recipe and Enjoy
