Southeast Florida Fishing Report ? Week 4 ? August 2012Offshore effects from Tropical Storm Isaac kept many dockside. Those that went out found the fish. Kingfish, BFT, Bonito, Wahoo were biting baits on the troll in 70-380 feet.On the reefs and wrecks, Mutton Snapper and Yellowtail Snapper, Grouper, Jacks, Kingfish, and Cobia were taking cut bait, and jigs in 60-170 feet.Near shore, along the beaches, piers, inlets and the Intracoastal Waterway, Blue Runners, Jacks, Snappers, Snook were around docks, bridges, and inlets. Snook season reopens September 1.In freshwater, largemouth bass were hitting jerk baits along the grass lines.Tight Lines, Bent Poles, and Screaming Drags!!!Stay Salty My Friends!!!!
