Mustard Salmon

With so many ways to prepare salmon, this may be the easiest recipe yet

Ingredients:


  • 1 pound salmon fillet  
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 4 teaspoons grainy mustard
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce 

Directions:

Melt together margarine, maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce, then pour over salmon. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes or until salmon flakes.
