How did I get my first real fishing boat ? Part 4 (Finding a Trailer)
I wasgetting really good on rolling my boat on the streets of Aylmer ? of coursewith people always thinking that I was, in the best point of view, a?nutcase?.  But the single truththat they couldn?t deny is: I was crazy for fishing!!!After adozen times rolling my boat in the streets with the kayak dolly (and some alittle dolly for the bow that I made myself) I was ready to get my little boatin some different water bodies in my region. With thatin mind I decided to look for a used small trailer online.Of course what Ifound was completely more expensive that I even invested in the boat. I wasdisappointed but not hopeless. I checked constantly the Internet in search forit. Finally Ifound something at the backyard of a boat repair shop. Bought it for $100.00.After that, I replaced the fenders, all the wood and carpet ? very old and notin good shape. Replaced the coupler and changed all the wiring. Finally Ipainted.Took me allthe months of summer to do it. I was too busy, but finally I was happy ? I hadmy first fishing boat, motor and trailer. Ready to hit the water?
