Homemade Remoulade Sauce Recipe

This homemade remoulade sauce recipe will taste great on almost any kind of fish

Serves: 4
Total time: 1 hour


Ingredients:

  • ½ stalk celery
  • ½ small red bell pepper
  • 1 green onion
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish (or grated)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce (or to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)

Instructions:

1. Place ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

2. Refrigerate remoulade sauce for at least 1 hour before serving.
