Bass Cat's new Cougar FTD has a reworked euro-style hull. The euro-style scallops, which flare over the trailer fenders, are not only for show. The scallops offer a shallower draft, while other hull innovations have increased the performance characteristics of this boat.

At 20 feet, 4 inches in length and 94 inches at the beam, new features include triangular livewells with larger capacities, as well as larger storage compartments in the front and rear deck areas. The driver's console has user-friendly touch pads and other digital technologies, such as instrumentation for monitoring the functions of the outboard and the livewell water conditions.
The deck has six storage compartments from the bow to the console, with additional storage under the euro-style bucket sets. Bass Cat's all-fiberglass boats have a transferable limited lifetime structural warranty.
