Recipe for Baked Mahi-Mahi
Baked Mahi-Mahi Recipe:A simple recipe for Mahi-Mahi or other bounty from the water.Ingredients:
  • Dorado (Dolphin Fish) Filets
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Directions:Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Lay out sheet(s) of aluminum foil large enough to wrap each filet.Mix mayonnaise, lemon and lime juice, and chives in a medium bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.Brush each filet with the mixture and place on aluminum foil.Wrap and seal each filet in foil.Bake for 30 minutes (or until fish flakes easily) in a 350 degree oven.Plate and add your favorite sides.Enjoy!Stay Salty My Friends!!
