“Greatest Catch”
I switched rods and put my bait caster in the back of my truck.
Once I was back at the pier, I heard a ruckus.
A young Black Angus bull, had walked up and licked my spinner bait. Fight on!
He was backing up and dragging my rod out, when the reel caught on the tailgate.
I grabbed it and frantically searched for a knife to cut the line.
too late! He got away
