Alaska and Salmon and Bears….and Me!
Adventurous me on my first fishing trip ever on the beautiful Katmai River in Alaska, home to the largest population of brown bears in North America! I caught this fish my very first day and I
can’t describe the thrill! What you can’t see in this shot, is that less than 50 feet away was an immense brown bear making his catch of the day too! Now I am the one “hooked” !
